Heidi Köpple began her career with Zürich Airport in 2010 as Senior Manager Retail Airside, and was promoted to her current role in 2016.

She is accountable for the performance of the entire commercial business and for the development of the commercial space. The scale of the airport’s portfolio of stores is 125 retail and 50 F and B outlets, operated by 80 partners.

Heidi’s main priority at the present time is the commercialisation of The Circle – the single largest real estate development project in Switzerland. When it is completion in September 2020 the project will have contributed an additional 20,000sq m of commercial space to the airport’s landslide business, taking the overall total of commercial space to 50,000sq m.

Prior to joining Zürich Airport, Heidi worked for three years as a Key Account Manager in the travel department of Hugo Boss.
