Lana Cramer is the Vice President of Corporate Marketing & Communications for SSP America, a division of SSP Group, a leading operator of food and beverage concessions in travel locations worldwide. With SSP America for 7 years, Lana oversees marketing and communications initiatives which position the SSP America brand effectively, handles media relations and proposal development.
Immediately prior to joining SSP America Lana led marketing and communications for Hargrove, a leading experiential events company which has produced every presidential inaugural since the 1950s, decades of global summits hosted by the United States, national political conventions, and experiential events for iconic brands such as Nike, Sony, Microsoft, and Starbucks.
Lana is proud to have been part of the marketing team for the legendary Washington Speakers Bureau and spent more than a decade at the Washington, DC Convention Center. Lana began her career on Capitol Hill working for the Energy & Commerce Committee. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from American University and a Bachelor of Arts from George Mason University. During her undergraduate work Lana competed successfully on the University’s nationally ranked speech team and was recognised as one of the top collegiate speakers in the U.S.
