Marc-André is partner and director with Bain & Company’s Paris office and the Global Head of Bain’s Retail practice and leading member of Bain’s Full Potential Transformation practice.
He has over 30 years of management consulting experience, working with CEOs and senior management teams on their most pressing issues, helping them drive transformation programs, achieve their full economic potential and build new capabilities.
His industry specialties include retail and consumer products, luxury goods, travel & leisure and media, with expertise in the areas of corporate and business unit strategy, full potential transformation, omnichannel, cost reduction and operational improvement, mergers & acquisitions and organisation.
SMarc-André has served on Bain & Company’s Global Compensation and Promotion Committee for 6 years and chaired the firm’s Global Nominating Committee. He is a member of the Board and Vice-President of AmCham France (American Chamber of Commerce in France) and a regular speaker on retail and luxury. He is also a member of the Digital Advisory Board of the Principality of Monaco.
