Marcus Griffin is an experienced Global HR executive who has worked in the Travel Retail sector for over 20 years with both Aer Rianta International annd Dufry. Driven by his passion for all things ‘People & Talent Management’ he takes pride in providing the very best in Human Resource Management delivery. He has extensively travelled worldwide, establishing HR departments, conducting management development programs and people integration projects.

As an HR professional his goals include organisational development and employee recognition. In additional to his primary job function at Flash Global Logistics Inc as their Global VP of People Operations, Marcus has also been recognised by his peers at the HRO Today 2019 USA Conference for his extraordinary commitment to HR & Staff Development as a CHRO Leader of Distinction. He managed and oversaw Dufry America achieve the ‘Top Workplace’ in South Florida in 2015, 2016 & 2017 and ‘Best Places to Work’ in Florida 2017.

Marcus is originally from Donegal, Ireland and now lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He has a MSc in HRM & Training from the University of Leicester.
