Neil joined SSP as the Chief Operating Officer for the UK and Ireland in January 2017. Prior to this he spent three years working in Private Equity as an Operating Partner for Lyceum where he supported the business development and growth of the F&B brands in their portfolio.

Neil spent a significant part of his early career working within Whitbread PLC, originally within the UK Costa Coffee division before moving into the MD role for Costa International working across EMEA. Having spent 10 years supporting the growth of Costa Coffee in the UK and Internationally Neil moved into Whitbread’s Hotel and Restaurant division as the Chief Operating Officer for Premier Inn and their combined restaurant business.

Neil holds a masters degree in Economics from Manchester Business School.
