He is a recognised industry leader in the travel relationship management sector and on the leading edge of the development the traveller experience and their relationship with leading travel brands. He was the architect behind Asia Miles, the leading travel reward program. As the Asia Pacific head of Collinson group’s award-winning loyalty agency, he led transformation projects for blue chip clients such as Cathay Pacific, HKIA, Changi Airport and Mandarin Oriental.
Stephen is the global proposition director for Connecta, the integrated e-commerce and relationship platform, which enables airports to build closer relationships with their customers and drive and shape revenue for the airport across the entire journey.
