Eugene Barry joined Dubai Airports in 2009 and is responsible for leading the company’s non-aeronautical revenue portfolio, including DXB’s and DWC’s airport business. Eugene’s portfolio includes ground handling and aviation fuel relationships, property and concession management, corporate communication and consumer marketing.

He is a Board Member of Emirates Flight Catering, and is a past Board Member and Treasurer of the Middle East and Africa Duty Free Association. Eugene has previously worked across the Middle East region in airport commercial development, including travel-retail startups and airport commercial management in Bahrain, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Qatar and Cyprus with Aer Rianta International, and with Dubai Duty Free, Dufry, and DFS in the UAE.
