Kim Marotta is the Global Vice President, Environmental Sustainability for Beam Suntory, one of the world’s leading premium spirits companies. In her role, she is responsible for developing and implementing long-term commitments to environmental sustainability across every facet of the value chain, from seed to sip– a program known as Proof Positive.

Ms. Marotta has held similar leadership positions in sustainability at Molson Coors, MillerCoors and Miller Brewing Company in the U.S. Prior to her career in the industry, she was a criminal defense attorney and served as an adjunct professor at Marquette University Law School.

Ms. Marotta is a current member of the board of directors for The Nature Conservancy. She has served on numerous boards, including The Sustainability Consortium and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation. She completed her undergraduate degree at Marquette University and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School.  She is a keynote speaker, invited lecturer, and mother of four children.
