Nick spent his entire career in the hospitality business, spending 26 years, prior to his retirement 2 years ago, with SSP. During that time he was responsible for managing diverse geographies ranging from Norway in the north to Australia in the south, also serving as President of SSP North America and representing the Group on JV boards in Thailand, France and Qatar.

A huge supporter of FAB from its early beginnings in 2010/2011, he has maintained his interest in its evolution and is honoured to be acting as a judge for this year’s awards.
